body (i.e. physical, emotion, mental, spiritual). Now is a good time to release
and let go of all those that no longer serve your highest good. The energies
surrounding this dimension allow more support and calming releases.
Humble yourself and be open to heal and
balance your energies. This habit to release and restore is similar as your
earthly routine of eating and sleeping. It is part of life, to continuously alleviate
