MEDITATION (SIMPLE): EASY METHOD TO HARNESS CRYSTAL ENERGY

 

RETUNING YOUR ENERGY BODY SYSTEMS

1) Crystal Placements

You may pick a single (i.e. only grounding) or combination of crystal placement. It is highly recommended to have grounding crystal placement in all your sessions

Intuitively pick a few awakened crystals with the following properties as mentioned below. If the crystals have yet to be awakened, recite your intention “... I asked that you be awakened to your utmost power to assist me in my journey”.

 
Ground – Place the crystal at your Earth Star chakra which is approximately 6 inches below your feet. Examples such as Snowflake Obsidian, Black Obsidian, Mahogany Obsidian, Black Tourmaline, Hematite, Red Garnet, Desert Rose, Boji Stone, Smoky Quartz

Connect – Place Cluster formation crystal, or high vibration crystal on your Crown chakra, Soul Star (6-8 inches above Crown) or Stellar Gateway (6-8 inches above Soul Star). Examples such as Clear Quartz Cluster, Apophyllite, Aurora Quartz, Azeztulite, Brandenberg.

Heal – Place the crystal at the specific location or chakra which needs healing. Intuitively pick the crystal which draws your attention. It is recommended to use 1 crystal at a time at the area needing healing. Do not be too anxious to work with too many crystals at one time to ensure the energy is not overwhelming.

Integrate – Place the crystal on your heart, higher heart, lower heart or 3^rd eye chakra. Examples such as Selenite, Chlorite, Clear Quartz, Kyanite, Danburite, Kunzite. Wand crystal formation is especially helpful.

 

2) Body position

One of the best positions to release and relax is to lie down on your back. Place your hands by the side of your body pointing towards your feet; allow both of your palms to face skywards. Comfortably place your feet apart. Ensure all hands and feet do not touch each other or any part of your body. This will allow the energy to radiate out from your body systems (physical, emotion, mental, spiritual and beyond) without interruption.

Centralize your head position, allow your face to face skywards; adjust comfortably and relax your neck and chin. This will ensure your spine is in a comfortable position and allow the energy from all your chakras to radiate out and aligned to its optimum condition.

 

3) Simple Intention

Center yourself, be at peace and breathe gently. Once ready, recite the intention below

As our personal, Earthly and Universal frequency shift to a finer notch, so does the frequency of the mineral kingdom. Many of the stones’ frequency have changed over the years; increasing its healing properties to a higher range and finer energy strand.

 

The new enhanced energy of Amber has brought the Amber healing capabilities to greater heights, Master Guardian of Amber is tasked to dissolve and remove illnesses in human which are caused by imbalanced frequencies. Illness refers to those which are chronic, inherited from lineages, cellular memories of current and other lifetimes, new illnesses caused by the rays of this Aquarius age and so forth.

Amber with its infinite vibrancy and heat is able to burn off those energies that no longer served the purpose of your highest good of multi dimension. As mentioned in this blog, month November 2012, Earth is experiencing new awakening rays and is beginning to experience a frequency shift to a finer notch

Many, especially those with strong star connections may find the rays overwhelming as the energy integrates into all our body system. This ray is extremely strong and may create discomfort among those who are more sensitive. You might be affected with sleepy spell, feeling aloft, pain or discomfort on your body or chakras and etc.

A layer of integrating buffer was setup above each individual’s body systems to more quickly transmute this energy to synchronize with our body systems.  Likewise, our heart chakras are crystallized to high vibration crystal alike, to ease integration of this energy.

Self acceptance is a very important intention. It is the root that spurs out many other sub values such as, self mastery, self confidence, self reliance, trust of self, and all values in connection to our personal power and all these is governed by your solar plexus.

Forgiveness is a subject that many find hard to let go and release in earthly plane. There are so many struggles and dilemma in us to argue what is right and wrong, who is right and wrong etc. In a bigger picture, encounters with all souls and elements are merely a fragment of our soul’s journey. Everyone and everything is just a subject assisting our soul’s journey. Thus, do not be too hard on them.

Forgiveness can be done on soul level, which eases the situation in our present lifetime. This intention allows us to release the ties which our soul is still firmly holding on consciously and not consciously. While in our present time, the person or element may or may not be around anymore.

In line with that, releasing the ties of those known and unknown to us is also important. Our soul has lived in many lifetimes, different universes, various dimensions and realms that are very likely not known to us in our present understanding. These ties do influence our current journey as it creates patterns, memories and etc.

Sometimes, we are bothered by many thoughts, dilemmas and unrests. Sometimes we do not even know the exact thought that bugs us; be the ball is at our feet or not, our hearts are troubled.

- Pick any crystal that you resonate best with. If you cannot decide, randomly pick any or all of them. (When your heart is troubled, do not bother to have more things to decide. Your soul knows best, just trust it)

- In a supine position (lying down on ones back), place the crystal at your heart chakra. (If you feel the energy is too overwhelming, hold it in your dominant hand. If you have several crystals, hold one and place the rest of the crystals anywhere around you)

- Relax your body and free yourself of all thoughts. Close your eyes and breathe gently and deeply several times till you feel you are at peace. Relax all the muscles of your body from head to toe. Free yourself of all thoughts and stress. Allow yourself to just surrender.

MEDITATION (EXPERT): IN SEARCH OF YOUR PERSONAL SIGIL

Sigils are unique divine signatures. Yes, sigils may look odd as it may be a combination of geometries, symbols, writings of other cultures/ realms and etc. As it is a signature, it means it is unique and it is usually simple to re-write. Whereas, a symbol is a represetation of a meaning. For instance  'Star of David'. A mandala, a comprehensive drawing representation of mantras or depiction of a story.

For instance, a sigil of a god or goddess bring forth the representation of its origin. Thus using their sigils intensify its energy properties; and the energy properties may range from healing, wisdom, compassion, courage, strength, abundance, and etc.

You may like to uncover your personal sigil of the past to uncover your already developed skills, your birth lineages, gifts and etc. Is it also common to have more than one personal sigil considering you have encounters with multiple civilizations, realms, dimensions, universes and etc. Thus, you might like to uncover the most significant and powerful at this point in time or most significant of a specific function.

i) Sigil which is most significant and powerful at this point in time will assist you to amplify or bring a greater value to the task you seal your sigil with. CAN CRYSTAL SLIM ME DOWN?

Yes.

Firstly, you will need to understand the relation of physical body mass with energy body levels. In many circumstances, our physical body mass reflects our other energy body levels (emotion, mental, spiritual and etc). This means ranging from physical body appearance, acute illnesses, chronic illnesses and terminal illnesses are bud from

- the imbalances of our other body levels or

- inheritance from our lineages implanted in our other body levels.

Healing work on all body levels impact and change your physical appearance. Thus a simple intention to slim down or to look better will need some healing work unto yourself.

As crystal is one of the healing tools that has powerfully variety of healing properties, you can count on them to work out something for you.

For instance, physical body mass is usually in relation to protection. A layer of our physical body is subconciously built as wall to prevent something or to buffer something.  If you feel that there are certain attributes in your life that you would like to work on in relation of protection i.e. trust towards people, fear towards animals/ situation; then you can pick that up to work on.

Note that there are no judgements in body mass. Whichever you are comfortable with is fine, whatever you feel extra or dislike is a prompt of awareness that you may want to look into and heal that part of you.
