Crystals are solid item which are comprised of atoms, molecules or ions arranged in an orderly manner. There are 7 main types of crystal structures ranging from cubic, hexagonal, trigonal, monoclinic, tetragonal, orthorhombic, and triclinic. There are some minerals which are often grouped or known as crystals although they do not belong in any of these crystal structures.
Each crystals are comprised of different material such as iron, copper, gold and etc. Different types of crystals contain different combination of material and that creates different set of vibrations. These different sets of vibration resonate, fill the gap and rearrange the frequencies in our body and mind. This ability is what we call in simple term "heal".
