Spleen chakra is located one hand’s width away from your left armpit. It is where your energy may be drained off by others or where leakage usually appears. It is also a place where your body may naturally discharge energies.
It is best to cleanse, restore and seal this chakra from time to time.

Lastly set your intention to seal this chakra from any energy leakages and cut all cords/ connections that is tapping your energy
