One of the crystal family that functions as energy generator is Honey Calcite. What it means is that when you feel tired and need to recuperate, it allows energy to be pulled to you. Just hold it in your palm or place it in anywhere you most convenient. It’s amazing. For some people, you may fall asleep with it and wake up extra fresh.
Another trick you may want to explore is by pulling the energy directly into you. In standing position, set an intention to the Universe that you want to pull in energy/ strength/light or etc; place both your hands 45 degrees from your head with your palms face up and arms stretched out (with you forming Ψ structure) . Be in that position for 10-20 seconds, and then touch both hands on the ground to discharge excessive energy. You may repeat as many times, usually 3 times is sufficient.
These are quick and easy tricks that you can explore when you are weak and tired or when you need an extra boost especially when you do not have sufficient sleep.
In other times when you are more energetic, but yet needing the extra energy, simply close your eyes and set your intentions
